This lovely beach house is located on a cobbled pedestrian lane leading to the beach. There is a south west facing terrace with stunning sea and cliff views. The beach, restaurants and amenities are 2 mins walk away. The house is on 2 floors with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor. The living/dining area/kitchen is on the 1st floor with two terraces front and back. Lovely and light. Salema is a great base from which to explore and the house a perfect location for your holiday.

The main bedroom is at the front of the house on the ground floor and has a double bed and wardrobe with window facing the cobbled lane. The bathroom has a bath with shower over a sink , toilet and a washing machine.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a chest of drawers. There are French windows opening onto a small open space ( handy for keeping body boards buckets and spades etc. Stairs lead up to the 1st floor where there is a compact kitchen with big fridge /freezer, gas hob and electric oven. There are plenty of pots and pans, kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc.

The kitchen area looks out onto the back terrace where there is a Weber BBQ, table and chairs.
In the living area is a comfy sofa and arm chair, cabinet with glasses and plates and a dining table and chairs. There is WIFI and a TV monitor (no TV channels) but a USB slot for viewing your own data and a DVD player.

From the living area, patio windows open to the front terrace. A perfect spot to eat alfresco while watching the fishing boats and the ocean. The whole house has blinds which while closed in the hot season keep the house cool. There is a ceiling fan in the main living area. Guests have the whole house and terrace to themselves. Other things to note – the entrance corridor to the house is shared with the next door house. Your house will have 18B above the door.
