The montage above gives some idea of a typical morning in the square in Salema, the trailer on the left opens every day except Sunday, selling fresh baked bread from our local bakery.There is almost always someone selling some kind of produce from the back of a van. Fresh Fish can also be bought each weekday from a van at around 8 a.m.
